Is It Important to Keep Gen Y Happy?
It’s important to keep workers engaged. It’s imperative for employees to bring their whole selves to work, feel comfortable and thus productive. But are we taking it too far these days? Are we ensuring our more experienced employees are just as happy? They carry a wealth of precious knowledge with them after all. I’d love to hear your thoughts.
