- Describe the situation where you felt most respected by a co-worker, superior and/or subordinate. What exact behavior did you observe from your co-worker that made you feel treated with respect?
- What was the effect of your co-worker’s respectful behavior on:
a) Your performance on the job?
b) Your relationship with your co-worker/s?
c) Your self-esteem?
3. Have you been treating your co-workers with similar respect?
4. Is civility the norm in your organization?
