open friendly booth tape projector bottled water ask visitors questions connect w neighbour vendors What are we here for?
engaging reps scissors bandaids for blisters private conference area Follow up list of vendors What do we hope to achieve?
prize projector bulb comfy shoes for long shifts promote services that match the trade show theme How can we accomplish that as a group?
giveaways extension cords snacks, focus on few products cup of cocoa (keep em longer) How do we want to represent our company?
banner breaks – stretch, meals, network offer contact info for follow up tweet what people are doing at your booth
marquis signs lots of pens highlight USP – boost benefits receive advice from others scope out competition
signs hung high (to see from a distance ok to tell non serious visitors, make eye contact caution re non verbal cues record all prospect details
big bold type you need to speak to others take notes on leads unqualifieds could refer name, company, contact
be memorable offer business card what brings you to the show today on laptop if possible
create a buzz be open, cordial w competitors qualify visitors are you looking for something different?
