In session 1 and 2, you’ve looked at behavioural indicators of uncivil behaviours, identified proper use of political correctness, and respectful manners; diagnosed the causes of uncivil behaviour; and improved your conflict resolution strategies to create a civil working environment.
In Session 3, we will create procedures to systematize civil behaviour, using various tools of negotiations and problem solving, then craft a civility policy for your business. In the final section we will train how to address complaints and enforce violators to comply.
