Team Development:
Team development is for groups who require professional assistance to improve effectiveness or manage a difficult situation. The format may be through workshop, or meeting. Use of evidenced based tools and techniques is expected.
Team development services include:
- Reaching agreement with the leader on the purpose and outcomes for the group.
- Data gathering and analysis of information related to the issue(s) facing the group and diagnosing the situation.
- Reporting back on data gathering and recommend options for group work design and priorities.
- Designing group process utilizing appropriate models, concepts and group activities.
- Facilitating group dynamics and manage both relationship and task elements.
- Helping to create a safe learning environment for participants.
