bullying at workWhat makes us angry and what can we do about it?   We will explore effective ways of dealing with anger, both our own and that of others.   Learn to handle criticism and difficult situations with composure including how to handle any form of criticism or feedback professionally.

Special offer to youth of BSIA members during BCTF strike

Price is based on per person rate with minimum 10 attending: $90 for 6 hour course.
