Did you know that today is the GET TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS day?
It is the third Thursday of July. Yes! It is Get to Know Your Customers Day! The big day is repeated for four Thursdays a year, which pops up on the third Thursday of each quarter. A day that was established to remind businesses to reach out to customers, call them, talk to them, connect with them, and get to know them better.
Know Your Customers Needs Whenever the word “Customer” is mentioned, there must be a “need” attached to it. Customers knock on your door because you can offer them what they need. Sometimes the needs are just so clear, other times, needs are hidden and need the effort to uncover. It is important to understand that uncovering hidden needs depend heavily on higher levels of engagement with customers, as those include many intertwining systems that work together to dig deep into needs, the customer, might not even realize they need.
